1. Overview

LyraAuth is a human verification service that also functions as a training data collection platform for AI models. By using LyraAuth, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

LyraAuth provides:

• A widget that presents cognitive challenges to end users
• Bot/human classification based on challenge responses
• Collection and storage of anonymized challenge responses as AI training data
• An API for website operators to verify human users

3. Data Collection & AI Training

By integrating LyraAuth, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Challenge responses from your users will be collected and used to train Lyra AI models
• All responses are anonymized before storage — no personally identifiable information is retained
• The Lyra AI model trained using LyraAuth data is owned by Lyra Labs
• You must inform your users that their challenge responses may be used for AI training (our widget includes this disclosure)

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use LyraAuth to collect data for purposes other than human verification. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract training data through the API.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL Lyra Labs BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, USA.
